Privacy policy
This site collects very little data and does no tracking. Below is exactly what happens — no generalities.
Who is responsible
Pracownia Lutnicza Mateusz Majkowski, ul. Nazaretańska 12, 30-685 Kraków, Poland. For data matters: studio@majkowski.eu.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There is no login, no basket, no profiling.
Cookies can appear only if you click “Show map” on the contact page — the Google map then loads and Google sets them. Until you click, the site never contacts Google.
The order form
The form on the Polonia page collects: your name, email address, whether the order is private or for a company (and if for a company, its name and VAT number), where it is to be shipped, what the model is for, and any notes.
The data goes only to the workshop’s mailbox and is used to prepare a quote and reply. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Correspondence is kept as long as it is needed to handle the matter and for accounting.
The data is not passed to anyone outside the workshop, not sold, and not used for marketing.
Visit statistics
If statistics are enabled, they are counted without cookies and without identifying anyone: visits, page views, where traffic came from, country and device type. They cannot be traced back to a person.
Server logs
The hosting company records standard access logs (IP address, time, page address, browser). This is a technical and security requirement common to every website.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to it. Writing to the address above is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
